Hi everyone! It’s me, Liam, just hanging out with Grampy.
It’s been another busy week. Grampy is doing fine but I’ve noticed he takes a lot of naps when he’s done taking care of me for the day. I wonder why?
Last week it was my Uncle Dougie’s birthday. He got a great gift! I don’t know what it was but it came inside this box!
Isn’t this the greatest?! In one afternoon Grampy called it a racecar, a spaceship and a clubhouse. No girls allowed. Except mommy.
They had cake but said I couldn’t have any until my first birthday. I think that’s tomorrow. Mommy says I’m going to have a big Mickey Mouse party! I like Mickey Mouse. It will be nice to finally meet him.
I may not be allowed to have cake yet but the doctor told mommy I could try different foods. So far I like toast, peanut butter, and I really like chicken. Mommy cuts it up real small but she says I can only have a little at a time because I was storing too much in my cheeks. Sorry. I’m new to this.
Yesterday mommy had Grampy feed me some avocado.
Yeah…I wasn’t quite feeling that.
Most of the time I just keep Grampy busy as I play with my toys. And if there are no toys, I make do with what I have.
I got Grampy’s legal pad. I don’t know if he has illegal ones but this one is legal. I played with that for almost a half hour. Maybe. I don’t know time yet.
The other day I crawled all the way into the kitchen to leave my handprints on Aunty Marla ‘s refrigerator thing. I hope she likes it.
Yesterday I discovered this thing at my Uncle Dougie’s house. I was curious so I crawled over to explore. It’s what I do.
It was pretty cool until I was banging on the top of it and somehow turned it on. There’s no picture of that because I got kinda scared and Grampy had to rescue me. He’s my hero. Well, when daddy’s not home. Daddy is faster than Grampy. And he gets off the couch without making noise.
The weather is getting warmer so it’s nice to go outside. Grampy says we’ll be able to go to the park someday. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a park. He got all excited this weekend when I crawled over to the stick that he walks with.
He said, “We’ll call this the ‘Put me in coach‘ picture.” I was just happy I got the stick!
