Hello peoples! It’s me, Carson. How was your week?
Well we had the Super Bowl thing last week. My peoples watched it on the television. I don’t think I ever saw a bowl.
Mommy and daddy took me over early and everyone was getting excited for the game.
Grammy was there and Grampy was in his “chair.” I always know where to find my Grampy. He’s usually in his chair!

There was all kinds of food on the table. And are you ready for this? I never got to have ANY of it! I mean come on! I’ve got four teeth! Or maybe it’s three? I did get my oatmeal cereal and some mushed up mangoes. Maybe I could have put some hot sauce on that?
Mommy planned ahead this time.

Uncle Matt gets a little loud when he watches his team.
To be honest, I only saw a little bit of the game. It didn’t start until almost my bedtime!
I guess our team didn’t do too well.
BUT… I had my first sleepover!

Whenever the game ended I was fast asleep in my little portable crib so Grammy said I should just stay there instead of going out in the cold. Mommy said it felt really weird going home without me.
I slept all night at Grammy and Grampy’s. I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and Grammy said that was only because I peed a lot and needed a change. Grampy was also awake so I guess he needed his pants changed too!
I was so happy when my mommy came over in the morning.
The rest of the week I just played at home, with my Gigi or at Grammy and Grampy’s house.
Guess what I did the other day? I finally got my hands on Grampy’s phone!

I’m going to be a great photo takerer or whatever you call it.
Grammy takes me for fun walks even though it’s cold. We don’t go out if it’s windy but if the sun is shining…

We go! Grammy is a little sad because my bear suit is getting small. Oh and Grampy still wants a bear suit in size, uh, Grampy I guess.
I keep busy in the afternoon with Grampy while I wait for my daddy to pick me up.
And my mommy teaches me all the great songs.
I’m just so busy!
Ok I guess I better go. Do the Patriots play again today? No? Tomorrow?
Grammy got excited the other day because it was something called “Truck Day?”
There’s so much I need to learn.
”Raising Grampy” is a look at the world through the eyes of Pete’s 7-month old grandson. Carson lives in Acushnet with his mommy and daddy.
