Raising Grampy- Chapter 51
Hi everyone! It’s me, Liam, and guess what? I had another FIRST this week! I’ve had a lot of firsts when you think about it. Anytime I tried something new I guess.
I took my first selfie this week.
This wasn’t the first time we TRIED to take a selfie but it’s the first time I ever smiled for one. Mommy and I were at the Virginia Zoo. We let Grampy stay home and enjoy his football in quiet. He spends every day with me so I thought he could use a rest. He’s probably never told you but I’m a bit of a handful for the guy.

Although……sometimes it doesn’t always go as planned.
I also sent Olaf for his first ride.

Mommy and Grampy were discussing something at dinner the other night.
Maybe I’m getting more presents and they’re just not telling me.
We had a fun day at the zoo this week.
I brought my car right up to the giraffe house, AND…….
Mommy and I shared some zoo fries!
Liam is exploring his world!
We also went out to a restaurant this week. I think it’s called Pinera or something like that.
I sat with mommy and smiled at the lady across the room. We had to wait a little for our food and they gave us some toys while we wait.
Mommy took the toys away. 🙁 . I had my own Mac and cheese and some awesome bread!
So yeah, I have busy days with Grampy but every now and then I just like to chill out with my doggy.
There’s nothing like a good snuggle
One cold day after we went for our morning walk, I discovered that there’s no better way to rest than to have some Goldfish crackers while you watch Mickey Mouse with Grampy.
It’s one of my favorite places in the whole wide world.

Did you know it’s been a whole year that Grampy has been here with me? Is that a long time? Grampy thought we should share some of our favorite pictures.
“Raising Grampy”is a look at the world through the eyes of Liam who is 1- year old. Liam lives in Virginia Beach with his mommy and daddy. Pete is visiting and playing the role of Grampnanny.
