Raising Grampy- Chapter 29

Hi everyone! It’s me, Liam, and I got my Grampy back!

I think I told you how he went on a vacation to see Grammy. I had a lot of extra mommy and daddy time and that was great. But guess what? Now Grampy is back and we’re going to be roomies!

There’s been a bunch of stuff going on…. try to keep up.

First my Aunty Marla came home!

She’s in the Navy like my dad and she’s been away like forever driving a different big boat. I gave her a hug.

We had a party for her and made decorations.

Since Aunty Marla is home now, Grampy is going to stay at our house! While he was at Grammy’s on vacation, my mom and dad and I fixed up our guest room.

I helped my dad put the new bed together.

I think he’ll like it.

We had other stuff to work on too.

I held on to the measuring thingy in case we had more stuff to measure.

Then we had to organize his stuff.

I put his socks away. My Grampy has big feet.

Oh and this is really important—- he calls this “Socky.” It helps him put his socks on, plus I run away and play with it.

It’s great to have my Grampy back.

My Grammy is here too!

I’m never going to let her go.

So Grampy is right down the hall from my room! Let the adventures begin!
