Hi everyone! It’s me, Liam, just hanging out with grampy, AND grammy, and uncle and aunty and mommy and everybody! What a week!
My mommy was on this thing called a vacation. They have them at her bank. I don’t know if everybody else does. I think I told you how we surprised Grammy and went to her house.
I went to sleep in Virginia and woke up in Massachusetts! Mommy and Grampy looked like they didn’t sleep at all that night but I was fine.
We did so many fun things last week.
I tried to wear Grampy’s slipper but it doesn’t fit. Yet.
Aunty Kat and Uncle Matt had fun with my toys.
I also went to the beach for the first time.
It was a little chilly. Aunty Kat told me the plans for the summer.
I found a shell in the sand……
I brought it back to the house and gave it to my Grampy; he’s my buddy.
One night I got to go to one of my Uncle Matt’s concerts.
I had really good seats.
I did lots of other stuff too. I went to my first camp fire…
And had that jam session with my Uncle.
Uncle Matt showed me how to play basketball.
We had a nice day where I played outside in the grass.
And I sat in the sun with my Grammy.
I missed Grammy. I hadn’t seen her in a long time because no one was traveling.
I even surprised her at the door one day when she was walking the big furry doggy, Baxter. I call him “the bear.”

And guess what? When the week ended, we all got in two cars and drove to my house! They all came down for another week of fun! It only took a few minutes. I went to sleep in Massachusetts and woke up in Virginia! All the adults looked tired again but I just played with daddy. The Navy didn’t give him one of those vacation things.

“Raising Grampy” is the world through the eyes of Liam who is 7-months old. Liam lives in Virginia Beach with his mommy and daddy. Pete is playing the role of Grampnanny.
