Hi guys! It’s me, Oscar the Beagle.
I’ve been thinking about making a career change. I know, I make this look good and I’m truly accelerating at what I do but I was thinking about switching it up.
I’ve been hanging out in Uncle Matt’s room (even when the are no snacks), and I’ve been up there while he’s working on his music. He even gave me a new nickname.
I like that name. Grampy always calls me Oscy or Oscario. Yeah, I dont know why.
I don’t think there have been too many successful singing dogs. Probably those guys that did “Jingle Bells” were the last ones. I know you’re probably thinking of Three Dog Night but —- sorry to break it to you —- they were all human. Yep! Not even ONE dog. I know! They hid it for years!
Uncle Matt does all kinds of things with his music, most of which I have no clue how to do.
He plays guitar which could be a little difficult for me— BUT— I’m sure I could sing!
And writing! I’m sure I could help contribute. I have a million ideas and nobody ever asks. Uncle Matt does mostly country music and I think I would fit right in because country music tells a story and trust me, I’ve got a million of em!
What do you think? Could Uncle Matt and I make it? He uses his middle name, Hunter, for his singing. I guess my middle name is “the” for Oscar the Beagle. Maybe I need a new one? Blake? How about Toby? Garth? I’ll ask Uncle Matt.
