Woof Wednesday-Oops!

Hi guys! It’s me, Oscar the Beagle.

Guess what? I think Grammy fired Grampy! Really! He’s not here! Anywhere! I told ya he was a Clutz!

Actually I guess he went down to Virginia Beach to help with the baby thing. I’m sorry. Grammy says he has a name and I should use it. “Liam” is his name. I would have gone with something like “Scooter” but what do I know?

Grampy is good at taking care of us. I’m sure he’ll keep Liam’s water bowl full and let him out when he has to go.

Speaking of going……

I don’t know if it’s because of the new medicine I’m on but I always seem to have to go. I had a little accident the other day. I’m kinda embarrassed.

Grampy is away taking care of the baby, I mean Scooter, or Liam or whatever. Grammy was doing that ambulance thing and Uncle Matt was at work. I just couldn’t help myself. I left a little deposit in the living room. I CAN’T OPEN THE DOOR!

If that wasn’t bad enough…… the Roomba started up.

Yeah it made quite a mess. One of the tires went right through it.

Uncle Matt came home and, well let’s just say his first words were not, “Good evening boys!” He wasn’t too happy. I don’t even know what some of those words mean. He did get to the Roomba before it went all over the house. He cleaned up the floor and then called Grammy. She told him to put the Roomba outside and she would deal with it when she got home.

The next day she did what any human would do – Google! I guess she just searched “Clean dog poop Roomba.” There’s quite a few videos out there. I guess it happens a lot!

She said the job required:

• Q Tips
• Paper towels
• Toothpicks
• Ammonia
• Screwdriver
• Gloves
• Cast iron stomach from 20 years in EMS
• Patience

So… yeah… that was our excitement this week. I’m trying to snuggle with Grammy as much as I can. I’m trying to tap my inner puppy for cuteness.

The good news is she’s now an experienced Roomba mechanic. Yeah. I did that!
