Hi guys! It’s me, Oscar the Beagle.
Never a dull moment here at the house. I’m feeling much better but this medicine they put me on makes me wicked hungry. Now I know, I’m hungry all the time but now I’m hungry even more than all the time. If that’s even a thing.
I’ve been living here at the house for, what, 20 or 30 years and everything has been just fine if you ask me. Baxter has his food bowl and I have mine. His is bigger than mine but I’ve learned to accept that. Don’t necessarily like it, but I accept it. And I lick his bowl when he’s not looking.
Last week Uncle Matt got me a new bowl. I didn’t think there was anything wrong with the one I had except that it was never full enough. If you ask me, they could’ve fit more in there. Maybe just top it off.
This new bowl is called the Outward Hound Fun Feeder (Available now at Amazon with 1-day delivery). I don’t know who thinks this is a Fun Feeder but WHAT. THE. HECK!!! I gotta walk around and get just a few pieces at a time. Uncle Matt said I was eating too fast. Now I can’t. This sucks! I’m sorry. Stinks!
Grammy and Grampy aren’t home this week. Grammy took the suitcases out the other day.
I guess Sarah had a puppy so they went down to see it and take it for a walk I guess. I’ll get to meet him when they come up for Christmas.
Uncle Matt is taking care of us. He’s fun but he doesn’t like it when I lick the floor. Come to think of it, Grammy and Grampy don’t like it when I lick the floor. Oh well. There might be a crumb, you never know. I shall leave no crumb left unlicked!
That Roomba thing went off this morning at 6:00 and woke us all up! At first I couldn’t figure out what that noise was; Uncle Matt was mad because he had another hour before his alarm went off; and Baxter thought Grammy was home! We don’t know why it started so early. Maybe Grammy’s in a different time zone with the controls in Virginia. I’m doing much better with that thing though. As long as it leaves my tail alone I’ll be okay.
We tried FaceTime again with Grammy and Grampy the other night. Uncle Matt tries to get us to look at the little picture. I act like I don’t know what he’s saying because I think I should get a cookie if I do it right. When Uncle Matt says, “Say Hi to mommy,” Baxter barks and runs to the back door. I love the guy but sometimes I wonder if he’s playing with a full bowl.
Well have a good week. Grammy and Grampy are coming home this weekend. I do have to say, I’m liking this bed space.
I’m just hoping they can find my old bowl.
