Hi guys! It’s Oscar. Tomorrow is the big food day.
Grandpa said we should all count our blessings. So far I’m up to 22 but they’re all food groups.
He said I should be serious so here goes:
I’m happy that I have a nice safe house and a nice family, even if grandpa is a little weird.
I like how, when they put me out, someone brings me in so I’m not cold and wet. Grammy says I go out 20 times a day but I have to patrol.
That’s another thing: I’m thankful the mailman hasn’t got by us yet. Baxter and I bark. We’re keeping this family safe.
I’m thankful that vacuum cleaner hasn’t sucked me up yet. I’m watching you!
I’m happy for soft couches. They always tell me to get down but I know they’re just kidding.
I’m thankful for car rides that don’t end at the Vets office. Actually I don’t mind the Vet. The ladies give me cookies but I don’t like where they put that thermometer.
I’m thankful for long walks in the woods. There’s so much to sniff in the woods. Plus I get a nice long nap after.
I’m happy for my toy basket and my supper dish. I swear there’s a hole in it. It’s get empty wicked fast.
I’m happy for milk bones and stuff that falls from the counter when grampy cooks. I like how he cooks a lot now. Grandma doesn’t drop nearly as much.
I’m just thankful for a warm house on a cold night; a full dish when my belly is empty and friends to snuggle up next to.
Have a nice turkey time! Don’t forget, if it’s on the floor it’s mine!
