A new episode of Classroom Chronicle has been produced at New Bedford Cable Network. My thanks to Dan Cabral for the camera work and fantastic editting.
You can view the 30-minute show here.
I had the pleasure of visiting Greater New Bedford Voke Tech and Chef Henry Bousquet.
The Culinary Arts program is a gem for the city. We went into the kitchen, and talked with some students as they cooked.
The seniors were working on different dishes and were excited that they get copies of the recipes.
These girls were whipping up some mac and cheese for the day care children. Who doesn’t like a little mac and cheese?
It’s a great program that teaches all aspects of the food industry. Food math is really a thing!
Thank you Henry!
The Coffee Shop is open to the public though you must get security clearance first.
Reminder: This is exactly what I wanted to do with this show: Spotlight what is going on in the schools that serve New Bedford. Feel free to send me ideas or suggestions for future shows.
