How many times have you overthought a situation? I know I’ve done it many times. You get an idea, you shape it and you’re all set and then you think about it some more. You worry if you forgot something.
I recently read a post on Reddit that said 85% of what we worry about never happens. Now certainly there are things that are worth worrying about. Making a big presentation in front of the whole company or worrying if you forgot to buy coffee at the grocery store. However, how much of our time is spent thinking about or worrying about things that will never happen?
I’ve found that we have enough to think about and worry about on any given day. Why add to it?
