Hi everyone! It’s me, Liam.
The other day Grampy told mommy that I was entering a new phase. I don’t know what a phase is and I don’t think I’ve been anywhere new so I don’t know what he’s talking about.
Playing with everything else
He said that I was starting to “no longer play with my toys but I was playing with everything else in the house.”
I guess the other day I was quiet and he says that’s never a good sign. I’ve discovered that I can reach wayyyy up and I can open the pantry door.
Wow! There’s so much stuff to play with especially the dog food. Grampy doesn’t like it when I do this but my doggies seem to love it. I don’t spill it I just like to scoop it up and dump it back.
I played with this for a few days and then…….
New child-proof locks!
Mommy bought these stupid locks! It’s just like daddy did to the kitchen cabinets. I’m not a happy camper. Who can I complain to?
That’s not all!
They moved the key basket too. That’s a little basket they had near the door. The other day I got Grampy’s keys, pushed the garage door opener, the garage opened, the dog barked and I was scared. I think Grampy laughed.
Road trip!
This week we went to Home Depot to buy some stuff. Isn’t that why everyone goes to Home Depot?
We bring my car and I ride that instead of using a carriage. Many people like it and wave. I helped mommy with the bucket all by myself. There’s a lot to see at Home Depot.
Guess what day it was?
Grampy and I were out for a walk last week and it was Garbage Day!
We pulled over so I could watch. I like Garbage Day. The guy even said hello! He liked my car too.
You know, I still play with some of my toys.
I fit just right with my dump truck. I was playing with the latch on the dog’s leash. See? I like “stuff.” Grampy says I’m probably going to work with my hands but I don’t have time for work right now.
Mommy and I started working on Valentines cards for daddy.
I’m getting really good at my drawing but I have to practice, practice, practice.
So I guess that’s the big news this week. I continue to play with Grampy when mommy is at work. He’s learning lots of stuff.
Yummy!
We ended the week again with what he calls “Fluffernutter Friday.”
Have you ever had one? They are amazing! We had to have bath night that night though. Mommy wanted to know how I got Fluff in my hair. What can I say? I enjoy my food!
What is a fluffernutter?
